Unit complete with washer/dryer, 3 TVs, (including 2 new plasma TVs), 3 DVD players, and stereo/CD/radio. New king bed in master bdrm, 2 queens in 2nd bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa allows 6-8 to sleep comfortably. Condo complex has exercise gym, tennis courts, basketball court, and grill/recreation area. This is in the heart of Destin, with broad range of attractions immediately accessible, including shopping, golf, all water sports, deep sea fishing, parks, biking, and broad range of restaurants, with discounts available for numerous activities. Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservation Policy: $400 rental deposit which is applied to your rental stay is required within seven days of making your reservation. Rental payment balance is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Reservations minimum 5 nights. Feb. 1 to April 15 reservation minimum is 5 nights.

    Rental Payment Policy: Final rental payments are due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, traveler's checks, bank money orders, credit card or personal check with proper identification.

    Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $400.00 is due at check-in and can be held with your credit card number. It will not be charged provided neither damage nor theft occurred. If your unit is left excessively dirty, your damage deposit will be charged accordingly.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund of the deposit.
