GOOD TIMES- New construction for 2009. The lower level has the dry entrance foyer with a half bath. The mid level offers all the living areas on one level. There is a queen master bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a television with DVD and VCR. There are also two full hall baths and the laundry room. The living areas are free flowing from the great room to the dining room to the kitchen. There is a half bath in the living area and the great room has a large flat screen television with DVD and VCR, and stereo system. Fishing, crabbing, horse shoes, volleyball, kyacking, beach near by. Need 4-wheel drive.

This house is WONDERFUL !
The pictures do NOT do it justice. Everything in the home is BRAND new and immaculate!


I want to come back next year and bring the house and stay for TWO weeks ... the house is huge and Very Very lovely.

It was nice that hubby could fish right from the waterfront ! The views in the house are wonderful!

THIS is an awesome HOUSE !
Owner's Response: This house is a great get- a -way from it all, enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the bay. You can watch it from the deck or floating on a kyack. Great fishing and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away,but 4 wheel drive is also fun.
