GOOD TIMES- New construction for 2009. The lower level has the dry entrance foyer with a half bath. A large deck bar with 4 available hammocks to relax in! The mid level has a queen master bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed. Sleeps 11. There is television with DVD and VCR. There are also two full hall baths and the laundry room. The living areas are free flowing from the great room to the dining room to the kitchen. There is a half bath in the living area and the great room has a large flat screen television with DVD and VCR, and stereo system.

FISHING,SWIMMING, KAYAKING (2) BAOATING, VOLLEYBALL with net, 2 CORNHOLE games, PING PONG table,POOL table AND HORSE SHOES!

great fishing, boating, kayaking, surfing, etc.

2500 ft from the beach* wild horses, nature all around . You must have a 4 wheel drive vehicle because you need to drive on the beach. There are no paved roads in this area.

Great Yellow House on the Waterfront!

This house is WONDERFUL !
The pictures do NOT do it justice. Everything in the home is BRAND new and immaculate!


I want to come back next year and bring the house and stay for TWO weeks ... the house is huge and Very Very lovely.

It was nice that hubby could fish right from the waterfront ! The views in the house are wonderful!

Owner's Response: This house is a great get- a -way from it all, enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the bay. You can watch it from the deck or floating on a kyack. Great fishing and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away,but 4 wheel drive is also fun.

Couldn't ask for more. No houses right on top of you. Kayaking in the sound was fun. My son enjoyed swimming and floating on a tube in the sound. The house was clean, wide open, and the best decks. Loved the bar area. Horses in the yard everyday. A drive over the dune for a day at the beach. Phil (the owner) contacted me when needed and was there (by phone) when I needed him. Hope to be back next year.

wow! all these reviews are spot on! the house is open, airy and stocked with everything a renter/owner could want. the deck area under the house is like another whole house.
the views and activites are endless at the house. then its just a hop in your 4X4 and you can spend the day at the beach. it is like 2 vacations in one.
thanks phil for letting us rent your beautiful home. we cant wait to come back!

Thank you Phil for renting your beautiful house on the sound! We rolled in late on a Friday night and had no idea about the view we would see the next morning! It was gorgeous! The deck below is enough to make you want to stay right at the house! We had 3 different games going on at one time! The floor plan of the house is all open and the bedrooms are huge! Because of owning our own business, we never take a weeks vacation-after our stay here, my husband said "maybe we would come for a week next summer!"
We really enjoyed our time!

a good time to be had!

We have only been back for about 2 days now and everyone already wants to go back to this house!! Good Times was hands down, the best place I have ever stayed in the past 18 years!!

The kitchen was VERY well stocked, it had things I didn't even have at home!! All of the dishes and pans were new, and I had no problem cooking for 12 people the entire time I was there.

The pictures don't even begin to show how secluded and relaxing the remote location of the house truely was, not to mention all of the excelent bonus features this house has to offer, that the owners leave as a AMAZING surprise for the renters. Let's just say you will be in for quite a treat!!

The owners were very friendly and were very helpful people, and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The ride getting to the house was half the fun, as well as all of the wild horses that literally hung out right beside the porch the entire week.

Our group had already decided within the first 5 minutes of being there that all 12 of us would be coming back together for many more years to come, and we hope yall can enjoy "Good Times" as much as we did! :)
