Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with new appliances, HVAC, ceramic tile, Berber carpeting, hardwood floors, and updated furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with 30' TV with digital cable and DVD. Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces.

We stayed here last year and had a great time! Beautiful sunset with great view of the bay! Short walking distance to the beach, seacrets and Mackys(our fav.!) Would highly recommend this condo and we would stay here again! Jennifer was very helpful and friendly!

Breathtaking Views, Peace and Serenity!

We cannot say enough about our vacation and the condo! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home. We walked in to an immaculate condo that exceeded our expectations. All of the kitchen ware was there and then some. The view from the back deck was fascinating and we loved eating breakfast out there every morning while watching the birds in the estuary. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect, in walking distance to everything! We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back. It was a vacation we will never forget and after staying in the condo, we never want to stay in a hotel again!

Honeymoon with Perfect Sunsets

We stayed here for a little over a week and loved every minute of it. The condo was in a perfect location for us to go to the beach, take bikes down to the boardwalk, and even walk if we wanted. We had a leave a day or two early due to the hurricane but it was all worth it in the end. We hope to come back next year with our son who will be 10 months by next August!

Long Weekend Stay

The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. Jennifer was very nice to work with. The cleaning service was running a little behind on the day of our arrival but she had called to give us a heads up as we were not yet there. The cleaning lady had everything cleaned right before we got there and set the door code as we were there. This condo is also located in a nice area ( a lot of things close by ). The only thing that was disappointing is the cleaning service came back before check out and figured since it stormed we would have left early. She waited there for us for a little so we kind of felt a little rushed out the door. Another heads up- the address of the building is 104 and the Jennifer's condo is 104. On 3 different occasions people were knocking on the door with a food delivery or claiming they booked the condo. You just have to let them know that the address of the building is 104. Overall it was a great vacation and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Great Stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 19-month-old. Her pack 'n' play fit in the bedroom just fine. We immediately felt right at home. Everything was very clean and we had all of the cookware essentials that we needed for our stay. It also had a great channel lineup including Sprout for our daughter! The view was gorgeous and its location is ideal. Jennifer was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
