The great room has a beautiful view of Martis Valley from the front and the open forest area out back. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and has a nice view of the backyard. The upper floor has three bedrooms: master with queen bed and full bathroom attached, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a queen bed. Backyard area backs up to a fire/hiking trail. A swim and tennis club and recreation center, with full amenities, is adjacent to the Northstar Village. The facility is available at no charge and comes complete with swimming pools, exercise room, weight room, tennis courts, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey and video games. Spa services are also available.
Walking distance is (about 1/2 mile) to the new Northstar Village with ice/roller skating, restaurants and shops.
Northstar ski area has 87 trails, beginner through advanced, accessed by 17 lifts. The mountain has five terrain parks and two super pipes. Other ski area amenities include ski and snowboard schools, cross-country ski and snowshoe center. Rental equipment and demo centers, licensed child care for children two or older. Northstar has excellent snow making equipment to help insure early season skiing and snowboarding. Snowplow service is provided for the driveway in the winter.
