Come out of the cold into a warm cozy apartment drenched with sunlight!!. The studio is located in a Prewar 24 Hour Doorman, Elevator building with Gym access. The studio is accessed through a Lovely lobby, complete with friendly doormen. A well equipped kitchen invites you to warm up some hot chocolate and curl up on the couch. A new Queen size Comfortable Mattress with Clean Crisp White bedding completes the picture and is a wonderful place to warm up and unwind after a day of sight seeing in the cold, or doing business. The Location is Excellent! Attractions are just steps away: The Empire state building, The United Nations, Grand Central Station, Bryant Park ice skating ring., Historical 42nd St Library, 5th Ave shopping, Rockefeller Center, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, One subway stop to Central Park, Museum Mile, Times Square, The Theater District, and Union Square which has the largest Organic Farmers Market in the city.

Excellent value for money!

I never booked private rental accommodations before and I was not sure if this was the right decision to stay in NYC for 12 nights. But now I know this apartment is the very best value to stay in NYC I’ve ever make and provided a great home base for a really enjoyable trip. Let me tell you: What you see is what you get and I advice you to rent it, it is perfect! It is comfortable and clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in NYC. And the location couldn’t be better, in the heart of Manhattan, it is so close to a lot of attractions. Absolutely central and also quiet. Also the doormen were very nice, I never felt unsafe. First of all, I would like to thank Tim for his help and that he offered me this quiet but central located and really beautiful furnished apartment for an acceptable price. Whenever I will be in NYC again, I don’t see any reason to book a hotel room anymore, as long as Tim has such a lovely apartment for me.
Thanks Tim, hope to come back soon!

We love New York!

My husband and I found Tim's suite at the last minute, his prices are fantastic, if you google midtown hotels you'll find $300 a night is minimum! The apt is immaculate, freshly painted and decorated, bright and airy, secure and quiet. Tim is a terrific guide and made us feel welcome to call him at any time with questions about our visit. He advised us on shopping, eating, and thoughtfully steered us toward places of interest. The location is perfect, you can walk to Grand Central, where the subway will take you anywhere. Bryant Park and the Empire State Building are also walking distance. We loved New York so much that our 3 night stay turned into 7 nights. The city is cleaner and safer than ever before, the subway is efficient and we even brought our bicycles, took a bike tour and rode Central Park.
We will definitely be calling Tim on our next visit!

Excellent choice in NYC!

I spent 9 nights in NYC with my wife and we rented this apt. We belive this is the best choice we could have ever made. I list the main good qualities of it:

- Excellent location, just a few blocks from Grand Central Station, Penn Station and Times Square
- Clean and very safe
- The description and photos in the website are very accurate.
- The owner is honest and gave us lots of good tips to do in the city, also we had a very good level of communication before we arrived.

Actually Amazing..

Stayed for a week in August 2009.. thank goodness for Tim's air conditioning! The apartment was amazing... close to Grand Central Terminal which made getting around the city and the boroughs of NY so easy. The apartment was much cleaner than some of the hotels I had looked into. Tim was great, helpful and friendly, and gave us some cool and unique ideas as to how to spend our time. The doormen certainly helped as well. There's a great little pub around the corner, or to stay in and watch a movie on the satellite. The best part was the full working kitchen, which allowed us to go to one of the many stores on the block to pick up and make our own meals, saving a lot of money on restaurants. The apartment faces the inside of the block, so it was nice and quiet at night. I wouldn't hesitate in renting this place.. and we will definitely be back! Thanks again, Tim.

We had an incredible stay in this supercentrical studio. It has all the possible commodities and the building and neighbourhood are safe and warm. It is almost impossible to get better!!! The owner will tell you a lot of cool places to go... Thank you again for everything, Tim.
