Have a party on the extra large balcony overlooking a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Enjoy a sunset like one you would see in Key West.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with flat screen TV/DVD, a large jetted Jacuzzi tub and large shower. The guest bedroom has a full and a twin bed, walk-in closet, chest and flat screen TV/DVD with ull bath.

The den has a large, comfortable couch and armoire with a stereo, 35' TV and DVD player.

Family outings can be planned with many places to go for fun. At nearby Baytowne Wharf you will find great formal and casual dining, shopping, concerts and just hanging out near the water.

Hi from Cajun Country, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My dream for a vacation home in Sandestin finally came true. I would like to share my 'Vacation in Paradise' with you.

What makes this condo unique

There are so many things to enjoy in this area, but my favorites are Bay Towne Wharf, music festivals, the emerald colored water and the sugar white beaches. And not to forget the pristine golf courses.

This 'Home Away from Home' is located near everything that makes a vacation a memorable one. Have lunch or dine at the many resturants that serve your favorite foods from quick meals to fine dining. Visit the many souvenir shops located in Sandestin and the surrounding areas such as Watercolor and Seaside. Also, shop for your clothing needs at the Silver Sands outlet mall. The largest designer outlet mall in the nation. Bring the kids to the many play areas with everything from mini car racing to water parks. Take long walks or bicycle rides along the breathtaking white sands and emerald waters of sandestin beach. You will truly be in PARADISE.

we really had a great time the owners and people on grounds were very nice except for one problem my wife had with the boy that rents the beach chairs.Frankie said he would find out who it was and handle it and he applogized for his actions.but we still had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The accomodations were as advertised. Improvements could be made in the overall cleanliness of the condo, sheets, floors, bathtubs, shower curtains, etc.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway
Owner's Response: I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay at the Tides 910. We are in the process of changing our cleaning crew and there appeared to be some confusion. Upon your next stay at the Tides 910 I will give you one night free (minimum of 4 nights total). We should have the problems worked out by then and everything should be in good order.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 daughters for Spring Break. Great location near Baytowne Wharf, great restaurants and a grocery store. The condo had plenty of space for a 2 bedroom unit. Super large balcony with a good view.

The balcony view was wonderful. From the kitchen, you get a full ocean view. At night, while sitting on the spacious patio, you could see the city lights.

The price was a great deal, and Frank was very helpful.

Cleanliness was OK.

Pool was nice and the beach was very clean.
