'Old Growth Cottage' was built as an entertainment house for customer outings or just for a large group of golfing buddies. Each of the 9 bedrooms have 2 beds and their own private bath. You can seat 30 people for dinner in the dining room and we can arrange for a chef. The massive entertainment room has a sit down bar area with amenities, a professional pool table, and a poker table. A theater room is adjacent. The key feature to the house is a cigar room that overlooks the enclosed courtyard from its glass floor. It is vented separately from the non smoking house with its own AC and smoke filter. It comes with a humidor. The house is located within the gated community of Forest Creek Country Club in Pinehurst on the 11th fairway of the South Course. You have your own private putting green with sand traps that is maintained by the golf course like one of their regular greens.
