Imagine being in your master bedroom and looking out onto the great Pacific blue with a luscious, green nature all around. Next, visualize being in your master bath that spells romantic in any language you wish. The entire home is lit up, tall, and welcoming. The abundant windows, the “it calls me to cook” kitchen, the stone decorated fire places in both the living room and master bedroom, make for a spectacular rental. Additionally, with a deck for outside interaction, long corridor wood floors, a bathroom painted in red, a room painted in yellow, and a front door made of wood with yellow, green, and blue, this house is alive with personality.

Better than advertised!

This home is even more beautiful in person. Very striking contemporary and surprisingly secluded and private. Our family of 5 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed it. The decks and ocean view are great for enjoying a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or anytime cocktails.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Good beds and I think the TVs are fine but don't think we ever turned them on. Great audio system in the living area though. And the water pressure in the showers is incredible.

It's a short walk to the beach and there's a nice restaurant right there. We didn't actually eat there as we ran out of time but did enjoy the bar.

Would love to stay here again. Thank you Billy and Mandarino Properties.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A sort of family reunion for my daughters graduation from UCSB. Perfect!! Great location. Exactly as advertised. Walk to the beach or breakfast at the Boathouse. Received security refund within several days
