Barefoot is an intimate, beachfront condo located on the water's edge of Simpson Bay Beach! This is a new, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located directly on Simpson Bay Beach at Palm Beach Condos - a new intimate and well designed gated community of only twenty-four units, all facing both the pool and the beach beyond. The layout was designed to give each unit a beautiful view of the sea, the pool and the lovely gardens.

The living area has cable TV and high quality CD/DVD system. Hand washed furniture and comfortable lounging chairs will enable you to relax/read in the evenings. Small bar for cocktails. Barefoot is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans everywhere to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature.

A quiet Inn is nearby and offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner with a laid back feel and honor bar. This pure sand beach is pristine; there is no 'ledge' as you enter the sea. Barefoot is only a short drive to banks and supermarket.

We love Barefoot!

We love Barefoot. The first floor unit with its walkout wraparound porch is so comfortable and relaxing that it is impossible not to have a great relaxing vacation. The location is ideal with easy access to the airport and the rest of the island if you feel the urge to roam. Simpson Beach is fantastic for walking, the complex pool is among the largest around the area.
