This townhome was a prior model home for Empire Homes. It features nice cool air conditioning. The interior was the model home furniture and it shows like a cute dream home. Town home has views of the peaks from the upstairs windows. The windows are beautiful with window seats and cushions. Fenced back yard and patio. All the amenities of home. Dish Satellite TV for your family to view. Nice hiking trails all around you, great for mountain bikes or ATVS. There is everything right at your fingertips. McDonalds at the corner and you're just minutes from town at 75 miles per hour with out having to fight the down town traffic. We accpet Credit Cards for your Stay. Visa, Mastercard, Discover are taking also skymiles cards.

This is just 10 miles from the heart of Flagstaff traveling at 75 miles per hour puts you there in minutes. No train noise and lots of beautiful trails and pine trees all around you.

  • Holiday season is open at $125.00 per night with a 3 night stay requirment.
  • Rates include tax and all applicable fees. The cleaning fee is $100.00 for your stay. *** 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation*** This can be paid by PayPal or credit card. This deposit 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. After that time it is NON-refundable. Please contact us for holiday rates.
  • Security Deposit is required for your stay. You must have a current driver licenses and credit card not a debit card but an actual credit card. This along with your balance due of the additional 50% will be required upon check in.

    NO-Smoking is allowed at anytime in the home. Smoking is allowed on the outside of the home please. No-Pets are allowed in this vacation rental townhome.

Bellmonte: Belmonte is an all newer home area built by enterprise homes in the 2000. Lots of National Forest around this area. 1/4 mile down the paved road it turns into a primative road that is graded National Forest. Great for morning jogs, walking the dogs, Just taking a nice hike in the forest. Pilot is right at the corner not even a half mile down the hill. It has Mc Donalds and Subway right inside, along with small pick up items for the home or the kids. This home is former model and it looks like a model home, The furnishing are very nice and it shows like a doll house.
