Villa Radoš is located on the eastern town district across from forest nature protected area. The Villa Radoš holiday home consists of two large, comfortable and full air conditioned apartments of A Comfort category, one per story - each one with ca. 115 sq. meters and separate entrance. Our apartments offer the important prerequisites for a successful holiday: a spacious and well-equipped living area (see floor plan) for instance for 3 couples per floor. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher), large living & dining room, balcony and big patio. Other amenities include washing machine, satellite TV, mini hi-fi, central hot water, separate remote control of air condition for each room and central heating.The nearby beach 'Vrilo' and port promenade are just a few minutes walk away. In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We grant a 5 % discount for more than 3 weeks stay. The quoted prices are applying for one day accommodation in one apartment occupied with a maximum of 8 people. They are including tax and all incidental expenses as electricity, gas, heating oil and water, bed- linen (change weekly) and bath-towels (but not beach-towels) as well as use of the dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and air condition or central heating.
  • Extra charge for each additional person Euro 10,00 per day. Additional costs:
    - end cleaning Euro 80,00 per floor,
    - visitor's tax per day Euro 1,00 per person older than 12 years.
  • The apartments are rented on a weekly basis, preferably commencing Saturday or Sunday. A definite booking is valid once a non-returnable fee of 25% of the rental charge is paid either by a bankers check sent to us or by transfer to our bank (please ask for details). The remaining rental charge is to be paid 10 days before arrival. Court of jurisdiction is Supetar/Split - Croatia.

Liebe Familie Rados, am Wochenende sind wir aus Supetar zurückgekehrt. Wir haben in Ihrem Haus 14 entspannende und sonnige Tage verbracht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und wir waren begeistert. Besonders das schöne Supetar hat es uns angetan. Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen sehr herzlich bedanken. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man als größere Familie braucht. Es grüßt Sie herzlich, Ralf Kraemer aus Neuss *** Hallo Fam. Rados! Seit Jahren immer wieder gerne

Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder nach Supetar und quartieren uns in der Villa Rados ein. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde das Haus immer wieder modernisiert. Besonders angenehm ist die technische Ausstattung und die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern!!! Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und Probleme egal welcher Art werden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da man eine Etage für sich buchen kann und sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Supetar selbst bietet ja auch eine ganze Menge mit dem schönen Hafen und der dazugehörigen Promenade. Wer allerdings auf Unterhaltung à la italienischen Rimini sucht ist hier allerdings falsch. Alle, die Sonne, Starnd, Meer, Erholung, tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen und Gastfreundschaft suchen sind in Koratien absolut richtig! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub hier!

Seit mehreren Jahren fliegen wir jetzt nach Kroatien. Bis jetzt verblieben wir immer in der Villa Rados! Die Lage, der Vermieter und das Haus sind sehr empfehlenswert. Auch über den Service sind wir sehr zu sprechen, wenn es mal ein Problem gab, war der Hausmeister immer sofort da um zu helfen. Durch die gute und ruhige Lage ist eine sehr entspannende Nachtruhe garantiert.
Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder Gäste der Villa Rados sein!
