Charming Laguna Beach House one block to downtown, walking to all major summer art festivals, local Free summer bus stop just steps from the house. One block to beach access. Two Bedroom, two bath includes separate entrance for second bedroom. Two California king size beds, sleeper sofa makes into queen. Kitchen, laundry and three patios including outdoor BBQ and large private patio. Local downtown dining and only one block to access downtown shops and main beach area. On-site, off street parking available as well.
