SLEEPS A MAX OF 3 ADULTS You are part of the action as you watch people go to and from the beach, play volleyball, walk, bike and rollerblade the beautiful boardwalk with its curving stone coral walls and wide paths. You may even see models & movies being shot outside your windows.

This is a Boutique Condominium with 41 residential units on 3 floors. It's unique Art Deco features caused it to be placed on the National Historic Register. It was built in 1937 and was completely renovated and converted to private condos in 1996.

AWESOME STAY!

This was a great south beach rental! It was really quiet so i could sleep well but very close to all the action on the "strip". The window opens out to the beach so you get all of the natural sunlight but there are curtains if you choose to close them. The rental could easily sleep 3-4ppl but this trip it was only me. The bed and the futon were both really comfortable. I slept on both and the futon was soo long and deep that a 6ft man could be perfectly comfortable on it. All of the necessities were included with the rental, similar to a hotel so that was helpful. Especially if you didnt check your bag and needed soap and shampoo. I would most definitely rent here again and I hope I will be able to! Thanks Pat for being an awesome owner!

Lovely place. Clean! Comfortable. Great location. It's literally on ocean. It's the front unit of the building right on ocean. It wasn't noisy at night though. Walgreens and liquor store right around the corner. Had a great stay. Owner is on site and was extremely helpful.

We stayed here for a week while I worked at the Miami Boat Show & my husband worked at R & R! Great location, walking distance to restaurants $ to $$$. The condo was clean, well maintained & very well appointed for our needs. Very small refrigerator but perfect for breakfast items & beverages. Linens were nice, furniture comfortable. Great flat screen TV with many cable channels. Big front window is maybe 10 feet away from busy Ocean Drive but the tourist noise died around 11 PM as the restaurants closed down for the night. Units in building undergoing construction so there was a little bit of noise during the day. Heating & air conditioning were adequate & kept us comfortable. TGI Friday's & an Outback were near by & up to their usual quality. Gellato shop next door. Ocean 7 was a place we visited twice and was very good both times, also within walking distance. Don't miss Grillfish for a nice seafood dinner off the tourist strip, about a 10 block walk. A place about a block & a half away had a $4.50 breakfast special.
All in all a great location for two people.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
