Our Gulf-front unit is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunsets. Our recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage decorated condo is sparkling clean, bright, and comfortable. It’s a home, not a hotel room. Everything you need is waiting for you, just add your groceries and summer clothes. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit, and a gas grill is on the beach, ready for a sunset BBQ. Restaurants and shopping are located within a five minute walk. A golf course is across the street. Renting a car is not always necessary, a trolley will take you the full length of the island for additional shopping, supermarket, restaurants, and “Times Square”, our small Key West like downtown area. Our condo is located on the southern “quiet” end of the island. We are located directly on what is called the double beach. We have a beautiful Critical Wildlife Area/ bird sanctuary between us & the Gulf of Mexico. The main beach is a short beach walk around, or across to the sandbar.

Eden House is located at the South end of Fort Myers Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. In front of the property is Estero Beach Lagoon, recently named one of the 200 best birding sites in North America. Here you will find a large variety of birds, including Heron, Egret, Roseate Spoonbills, Pelicans, an Eagle, and many types of shore birds. Walk to a number of restaurants, golf, a marina with boat and kayak rentals, liquor store, post office, CVS, 7-Eleven, and a wide variety of boutiques and gift shops located at Santini Plaza. 1 mile South is Lovers Key State Park, where you will find bike and nature trails, kayak rentals, and miles of beautiful beaches. Eden House is 5 miles from the downtown area of Fort Myers Beach, called Times Square. Here you will find many beach shops, boutiques, restaurants, and the fishing pier- a fantastic place to see the sunset. On most days you will find street entertainers and live music. You can travel the length of the island by trolley.
