Very open, split bedroom home with all new furnishings. Over 2100 feet of luxury, a large caged pool, and only 5 minutes to a wonderful shelling beach. The retreat includes two adult bicycles, floats for the pool, citrus and papaya trees on the property for your enjoyment and a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Community amenities include a private boat launch area with no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico and 24 hour security patrols. Bring your boat to explore the bright blue waters. Sleeps 3 couples easily in separate bedrooms with room for 2 additional guests in the sleeper sofa. Master area is separate from the guest wing to afford additional privacy.
