This beautiful tropical luxury seaside vacation rental is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Both the pier and the marina are close enough for a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll. It is a two story house with garage parking. A separate but included casita on the second floor has its own private living room and kitchen. An ideal rental for 2-3 families. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and has two separate grass lawn areas as well as a large secluded sitting area with a fire pit. The outdoor shower is located conveniently just inside the gate after a day at the beach. This is the perfect holiday get away with beautiful sandy views of one of the best beaches in Southern California.

No credit for late arrivals or early departures. No cancellations due to weather.
