Walk to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park! Private gated community of only 52 villas surrounding large lake with fountain. After breakfast on the huge screened lanai, enjoy a bike ride (two bikes included in rental) to the Ritz Carlton or the Waterside open air shopping mall. Bring your tennis, beach and fishing gear as all are walking distance or just relax by the heated community pool. This lovely villa is close to fine restaurants, movie theaters, shopping and the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts. Golf Clubs are available upon request. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are available for your use in the two-car attached garage.
