Gorgeous brand new Riverfront townhouse located in the exclusive Playa El Palmar in San Carlos. The furnished property is fully equipped with state of the art and ultra modern amenities including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Air-conditioned, Wi Fi Internet and 2 plasma televisions with Sky TV and premium channels. Two of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs making it a perfect property for entertaining even for families with small children. It is also a great option for a few couples sharing as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The property has a lovely pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, bohio with hammocks, BBQ and entertainment area. The townhouse is located in a small, secluded and secure gated development with only 5 other townhouses. It has 24 hour security and private parking. Come relax in paradise with the black sand beach or listen to the birds while resting in a hammock. Surf lessons and kayak rentals available a short walk to the Surf camp up the road.
