We really enjoyed our 12 night stay in this cozy townhome. The listing description is very accurate and the pictures show the complex exactly as it is. The owners keep this unit very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the sense of security and well being. The owners were very helpful from start to finish. When we made our first inquiry we received a rapid response. They were easy to contact and were able to answer all of our questions and provide helpful information about the surrounding area, and general travel questions. We would recommend this property to family and friends, and plan to return with our children and grandchildren. We had the precious privilege of traveling this time with our parents who are in their 80's. The stairs present a minor challenge, however, the main floor living space was well arranged and we were all very comfortable. The air conditioning for each room provided the perfect climate for each individual's personal needs. The 3 bathrooms also provided comfort and privacy. The kitchen was well provisioned, easy to use, clean and well equipped. We also appreciated the laundry facility. There was plenty of hot water, great showers, clean bath and bedrooms. The mattresses were wonderful and the sheets and covers were great too. There were a variety of pillows to choose from as well. We had plenty of closet space, and lots of nice extras like folding chairs and ice chests. The owners gave us information about local restaurants. We enjoyed delicious omeletes each morning at the Tsunami Ranch/Surf School, and Carlittos, closeby had delicious Argentine pizza and empanadas. They told us about the 24 hour grocery stores nearby, the new medical clinic, and provided accurate maps and travel information. Our favorite space was the pool and palapa with hammocks. We enjoyed that area day and night, especially when the moon was full. The grounds are groomed and clean, a friendly security man assists at the gate 24/7. The rain showers were warm and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and private and clean and friendly. The black sand beach is close and the drive to the mountains is nearby. The location is ideal to settle in and explore Panama in all directions. The airport is 90 minutes away, travel East to West on the PanAm highway is nearby. The complex is nestled away next to a river, you can hear the water and the waves, but not the traffic. Great place to visit. Hope to return soon Thanks
