BEACHFRONT CONDO IN PROVINCETOWN GALLERY DISTRICT

Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2010. Everything was as advertised. Awesome location, view, and accommodations. We had a 2 year old with us and we found it perfect for a small family. LOVED being able take our daughter out to the beach in the morning and then walk a couple doors down for breakfast or coffee. Everything is in walking distance! The place is very clean and well decorated and we found everything we could have needed in the kitchen, etc. It honestly felt like home, as evidenced by our daughter referring to it as her "vacation home" within a couple hours of arriving. Highly recommend this place for people who want to be on the beach, with great views of the bay and pier, and also want to leave the car behind for a few days and explore P-town on foot. Parking can be a challenge, but there is a lot next door, which we only needed to use once for $10. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip. When compared to prices of local bed and breakfasts, this is a no-brainer. Can’t beat the space, amenities, privacy, and cleanliness of this place. Owners were helpful and easy to deal with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We can't speak highly enough of this delicious place to stay. It is right in the center of everything yet still feels like its own private and intimate space. The view and proximity to the beach, as well as to all of the restaurants and store fronts, is magical and the actual home is cozy, charming, clean, child friendly (including the deck!) and clearly well loved. Yay to this home in Ptown!

The drive out the Cape & approach into Provincetown tells the senses that you have entered a special place. The olde time street layout & ancient buildings of Provincetown welcomed us as we pulled up to our rental which turned out to be better than any imaginable stay at any hotel in the entire vicinity. Upon opening the door the house felt instanly like home & we just knew that this stay was going to be something very special. The rooms were all neat & smartly layed out. The deck just past the full glass slider in the living room over looks the bayside with views of the warf & boat travel. The smart layout of the #1 bedroom takes advatage of the bay views with the help of wooden blinds installed in the wall & has a huge closet & dresser for whatever. Nicely decorated & with a 2nd TV to Boot. The whole place had a well thought out layout for sure.
We spent many hours & special moments out on the deck just watching & letting the ambiance wash over us as we soaked it all in. The sunsets were beautiful & as they faded away the moons glow took over & flooded the water with its soft light. It was a special place to take in the sight, smell & sound of the bay.
What I really liked about the house is it was super clean & it just felt like I was home. It is a great spot for looking out over the bay and its biggest warf which is where the whale watch & fishing tours leave from. The house is just a short walk to some of the most happening places in Ptown but far enough away to enjoy the quite & get some sleep at night. A perfect compromise.
We also took advantage of the off road permit ( $50 for the week) & spent several afternoons exploring the national seashore. I cant describe how awesome that was. We drove to the light house & also enjoyed the miles & miles of seashore without a house or dock & sometimes we were the only people as far as the eye could see. How awesome & hard to find is that in America? Theres not too many places left like this & the experience is unforgetable. It must be what the Pilgrims seen and felt when they first arrived all those years ago.
We had the best vacation & so want to go back. The house was perfect & Russ was great to work with & really helped to make this all happen. It was wonderful & we cant wait to go back & do it all again. Special Thanks to Russ & Chris for sharing.
