This stand alone condo offers the quiet enjoyment you want in a vacation get-away - no one above or below you and no common walls with this condo. With cable TV in both bedrooms and the living room, and a DVD player and internet access you can keep caught up.

The condo is located in the heart of the Summit area of the Shanty Creek Resort - so you can enjoy the convenience of on-site restaurants, health club, world class golf on 4 courses in beautiful Northern Michigan and the ski slopes are just a minute away. You won't want to leave!

In addition to the resort pools, the condo also has an association pool just steps away and you can use the private beach club on the shores of Lake Bellaire.

Spring, Summer and Fall activities: Shanty Creek resort offers 72 holes on four championship golf courses, each combining challenging play with Up North natural beauty.

The courses offer tight fairways, formidable doglegs, breathtaking hazards, and varying elevations, Shanty Creek’s golf courses put golfers in an enviable position—trying to read and play those challenging greens amid the stunning views. Golf Tom Weiskopf designed Cedar River Course, Arnold Palmer Legend, the Schuss Mountain course - a favorite among locals who annually name it one of the top public courses in Michigan and Shanty Creeks original course - the Summit.

The resorts 4500 acres also provides for outdoor activities, including Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, restaurants and entertainment.

A small group of friends and myself stayed in this home over the holiday weekend. We had an awesome time. Not only is Bellaire a great winter time destination; this is an AMAZING home.

The home easily accomodated our group of 8.

The home is in a great spot and we will defintely be back this summer and (assuming this home is available) we will be staying here again!

Wonderful place to stay, great views, easy access to ski resort, plenty of room in condo, everything in great shape inside, clean, fully loaded for a 4-season vacation. Would definitely return.

Quiet and relaxing stay

Perfect Condo Rental

We stayed at this condo for four nights in July of 2010 and loved it. This is a detached condo, so no worries about hearing our neighbors or them hearing us. The condo was tastefully decorated, not overly cluttered and within walking distance to an inground pool. We found this condo to be a hidden treasure. Very quiet location, parking right outside our door. We cannot wait to return again next year and perhaps stay an entire week. As a bonus, there are two decks - one off the living room upstairs and one from the walk out unfinished basement (perfect place for the kids to hang out).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
