This Grand Lagoon style single-storey home located in Emerald Island has 4 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds), two full baths, plenty of room for all your guests during your Orlando vacation. Enjoy 1,549 square feet under air conditioning, or head out into your own personal heatable electric pool and covered porch area for a little time outside. The pool deck furniture consists of a round table, 3 loungers and 4 chairs which are tubular with cushions along with a safety net. There is also a games room in the agarage that includes a 7ft pool table, air-hockey table and basketball game.

Nestled within a protected wetland, Emerald Island Resort is located just a few miles from Walt Disney World and the myriad of other activities that bring millions to Orlando every year. As you enter past the gate-house at Emerald Island Resort, you immediately find yourself in a well laid out and planned resort, with a private clubhouse and facilities, including a fitness center surrounded by manicured landscaping in front of a sparkling lake.
The 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a sauna, business center, a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and can provide information for guests staying at the Emerald Island Resort. There's a lounge area, where you can sit and chat or meet other guests staying at Emerald Island. Your children will enjoy themselves in the games room, or on the video arcade games. Younger children will enjoy the tot-lot. Adults and children alike will enjoy the nature walk and the large community pool with a sun deck, hot tub/spa or the sand volleyball courts. There is a tiki bar and community pool and Jacuzzi spa to help you unwind after a busy day shopping or sightseeing. There is a grocery store, a drug store and five restaurants, including Outback Steak House and Carrabba's, less than 2 miles from this community.
