Located off Pioneer Trail, in a quiet and forested neighborhood, just a few miles from the lake, ski areas and Stateline/casino area, our cabin is surrounded by conservancy land so there's lots of room to play and relax. Pride of ownership shows through out the home with new carpeting, Pergo flooring, furniture and lighting. Depending on the season, whether it's a day of hiking, biking, skiing, sledding or a lazy day at the lake, you can relax on the deck or gaze at the stars in our inviting hot tub. At the end of our street is an inviting path through the forest that leads to the Truckee River. All beds have warm comforters for a comfortable nights sleep.

What a great cabin and terrific location. So quiet and peaceful and yet close enough for a trip down to the lake or casinos. The spa was a really nice treat, and so was the squirrel who came and talked to me while I relaxed! Patty was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Our party of seven enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day weekend at this property. The house is clean, spacious yet cozy, and located just a short drive away from the lake. It comes equipped with air hockey, board games, books, horseshoes and tether ball. The owner, Patty, was accommodating and responsive throughout the process.
