Great home on one of the largest golf course lots in Shipyard. 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths, approx. 3600 sq. ft. This home is only 9 years old, it has high ceilings, an open floor plan, and lots of light. It offers a fabulous media room with foosball table and an office with wireless Internet connection and exercise equipment. It is an easy bike ride to the beach. For sleeping accommodations, this home has 3 queen beds and 1 double bed. The master has a large bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, separate shower and huge walk-in closet. Exercise on the extensive shaded bike/walking paths or on equipment in the office. Then enjoy peace and quiet in the hammock on the shaded back deck overlooking the golf course. You will also enjoy access to a pool and tennis courts, as well as, for a small fee, the exercise facility and indoor pool at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. A beach locker is available for storage of beach items. The beach club can be rented for special occasions.

Our home is located in Shipyard Plantation, which is toward the south end of the island just past Palmetto Dunes. We love the convenience it offers for shopping, restaurants, and a number of activities. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf that are always in pristine condition. It also has a great beach, as well as a beach club that can be rented for family reunions, meetings, etc. We chose Shipyard because it is one of the quietest plantations that has beach access. The bike trails offer great exercise fun. You will love your vacation on this island paradise!
