Guests are allowed access to all of these areas with non-resident rates applying. There are two amazing golf courses in Incline Village, plus a driving range, bowling alley, movie theatre, shopping, video rental, bars and restaurants. Close to many ski areas! Nearby shuttle or short drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, 45 minute drive to Heavenly, 20 minute drive to Northstar, 30 minutes to Squaw Valley & Alpine Meadows. Walk to beach, boat launch. Short drive to Truckee River for river rafting/tubing. Short drive to Tahoe City with great shopping, festivals, and outdoor activities such as kayaking. The Reno airport is 45 minutes away.

For those ski enthusiasts, there are many ski resorts minutes away. NorthStar 16.1 miles, Mount Rose, 13 miles, Squaw Valley 22.9 miles, Heavenly 24 miles, Sugar Bowl, and Alpine Meadows,(45 minutes). The Diamond Peaks Ski Resort in Incline Village is a very friendly family resort just minutes away.
