Villa Montazzi is a charming Tuscan country villa in the picturesque Mugello Valley, just 25 minutes north of Florence. The location is excellent for visiting Florence and most Tuscan historical towns. It is a beautiful country setting with outstanding views over Apennines mountains. The Villa has a panoramic tower and it is surrounded by a large, secluded garden with pool. It includes six comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three large living rooms with fireplaces, billiard and table-tennis. Check below for further details.

Ideally located in Tuscany in the very peaceful and green Mugello valley. Rare to find such a big house. Perfect also for 2 families. Big private garden with swimming-pool. Beautiful view from the panoramic tower on the Appenninin mountains. Only 30 km from Florence. In Sagginale, 1 km away from the Villa, there is a food store and a very good country style restaurant ('da Giorgione'). In Borgo San Lorenzo (3 km) you can find every kind of shop, a huge shopping centre, sporting resources such as tennis fields, indoor swimming pools and facilities for horse country-riding. 15 minutes away there is the new-borne Bilancino Lake near Barberino di Mugello where it is possible to sail, windsurf, kayak and go fishing.
