This elegant four bedroom, two bath home boasts a refreshing, cool, 30 foot indoor lap pool, a warming pool and a private outdoor Hot Tub is just steps away. The home is tucked away on a acre of naturally landscaped land. The porch , with its views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, graces one side of the property and provides a quiet place for relaxing or space for outdoor entertaining. The house itself is beautifully appointed and has tile floors, hand trowel plaster walls, viga beamed ceilings, two Kiva fireplaces and additional sleeping in both the den and the office. Located on the north side of town, just a 5-minute drive from the Plaza and a short drive to the Opera, this vacation home provides convenience in a luxurious setting. Although there are doors between the pool and the main house, this home is not recommended for individuals who do not know how or for whom a pool could be dangerous.

Skiing: Santa Fe Ski Basin is an easy and scenic 45 minute drive from our property. For more information go to website. There are a variety of runs and an excellent ski school, plus chipmunk school for the little ones, and day care for infants, so you can go off and have a day skiing!

Spas: 10,000 Waves is a short 15 minute drive enroute to the ski basin. It is a Japanese spa with hot tubs. However, for privacy you can't beat our own private hot tub at our property! You can also arrange for a masseuse to come to the property and give you a massage on site (see binder at property for more detail.)

Golf: There is a golf course south of the city, and also at Las Campanas.
