Building featured in Historical Associations book & is former home of writer Eugene O'Neill. Enjoy 2 private decks or step down from common deck onto beach & sand bars at low tide. First level has 2 bedrooms w/full size beds, full bath, kitchen, eating area and large private deck w/BBQ & outdoor dining furniture. Upper level has 12 ft vaulted ceilings, king size bed, full bath, media area w/HDTV, private deck & 4 skylights. Feels like in a wooden ship high above the neighboring Cape Cod boathouse style homes. Building is occupied by quiet and respectful neighbors and looking for renters who are interested in the same. Additional information about rental rates

  • 50% deposit required to book with balance due 4 weeks before rental. $800 security deposit required
  • Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM, unless other arrangments are made. No refunds for cancellations unless unit is re-booked. Cleaning fee is per week and no housekeeping services are available. Renter is responsible for own mid-week laundry and can use common condo laundry W&D located at the first floor level of the building. Common W&D reserved for unit on Wed & Fri from 2 PM to 8 PM only.
  • Rates posted are for 4 people. Additional rental fee charged for more than 4 people. July 2010 availability not yet available, but please inquire and let us know if you are interested in July 2010. Inquire about multiple week discounts and also reduced rates for referrals to other friends after you have stayed at the condo as we are interested in renting to quiet, respectful and responsible tenants.

W&D in photo is not usable; however, there is common area condo laundry machines on first floor of building. Brand new quality sheets, bedding, blankets, down comforter and pillows.
