Beit Nur (House of Light) features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, spacious eat in kitchen and cozy living room. Each bedroom boasts luxurious beds and bedrooms tastefully decorated to reflect our family's extensive travels abroad. Each room reveals one of a kind treasures, and pictures that showcase distinctive stories, and our love for a multitude of cultures. Located in a great location, you are just 3-4 blocks from downtown Wineries and Wine Bars. Walk to 16 wineries through Whitman College Campus. Through our backyard you will find a picturesque park for family outings, walking the dogs, or playing a game of tennis. Out front is a fenced playground area. Peaceful days and peaceful nights await you.

The beautiful Appalachian Walla Walla Valley has changed since I was a small girl. From the farm lands of wheat and peas to newly planted vineyards. The Blue Mountains to the East help keep our valley cool. There are old growth trees and many parks throughout our quaint town, make walking and biking a joy. Take a short walk through Whitman College’s beautiful campus to our Historic Downtown through various streets that have old historic homes lined with old growth trees.

  • Event pricing is $275.00 - $375.00 a night. Christmas Holiday, Winter Barrel Tasting, Thanksgiving, Fall Release weekend, Whitman Alumni weekend, Entwine weekend, Labor Day, July4th, Vintage Walla Walla, Memorial Day. Rates are subject to change without notice.

The streets are lined with old growth trees and historic homes. Take a beautiful walk through Whitman College Campus to the downtown area that has over 16 tasting rooms. Peaceful back yard: Beautifully landscaped back yard. Completely fenced with pine trees for shade. Wood deck with patio furniture, barbecue and sitting area that is covered. Out the back gate is Menlo Park playground area for children and tennis courts.

Out the front door: Cross the private street to the fenced playground area of Green Park Elementary School. Private and quite area neighborhood.

Our home and family: We are a family of five. My four children and I lived in this home for the past 20 years. We purchased it at a very low cost since it was in much need of remodeling. Over the years we have invested our own labor and love into our home. From new windows, siding, fencing, plumbing, heating, bathrooms. (Please see the photo album to the right of the fireplace). Over the years my four adult children have traveled to help others. Benjamin to Mongolia for 2 years with the Peace Corps. Abreian, Desiree, and Kandice to Israel, Africa, Korea, Turkey and Syria to teach English and go through the YWAM program. Our home is a treasure to us and will always be in the family. We hope you enjoy your stay.
