App 5 miles from San Luis Pass on the west end of Galveston Island. Excellent fishing area. Easy walking distance to the beach. Community swimming pool available. BBQ pit available downstairs, washer and dryer in full bathroom downstairs. App 20 minutes to Moody Gardens and app. 25 minutes to the downtown Galveston historical district and the Strand. Very laid back area away from the main Galveston traffic, but close enough to take advantage of what downtown Galveston has to offer. The house has recently been totally remodeled, new stainless steel appliances, bathrooms have huge showers both downstairs and up. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub. Cable TV, fully furnished kitchen, all linens and towels furnished.

App. 20 minute drive to Moody Gardens and downtown Galveston historical district. The house has been totally remodeled since Hurricane Ike. All new appliances and furniture. Very comfortable breezeway and upper deck with view of the gulf.
