This beautiful pool home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment. Golfers can enjoy four 18 hole golf courses within a five minute drive plus an additional 9 hole lighted par 3 course. Also located within approximately 5 minutes, you can find shopping that ranges from Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl's to higher end specialty shopping at the Avenues at Viera. Restaurants are numerous and vary from fast food to breakfast to high end specialty foods. Other area attractions include some of Eastern Florida's best beaches as close as 15 minutes away, Indian River boating, Brevard Zoo just up the street, Kennedy Space Center approx. 30 minutes away, the world's largest surf shop at Cocoa Beach, wildlife areas and much more. Take a day trip to any of the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, etc.), which are located approximately 1 hour away.
