Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Boca Vista Harbor is a small gated deluxe property that was completed 2005. Built on Gasparilla Bay the property has a large heated swimming pool with hot tub, a club house with small gym, a tennis court, out door grill area and a fishing pier.

The property adjoins Gasparilla Marina. This is a full service Marina with Boat and Boat-slip rentals available. Boca Vista offers everything for the perfect vacation in Paradise.

Our condominium is on the fifth Floor (there is an elevator) with spectacular views from the screened lanai/balcony looking over the marina and towards Boca Grande. It is designer finished and it has two beds two baths and a den with sofa-bed.

There is parking adjacent to the elevator.

Our Stay

Brian. We love your place! We are boaters and particularly love to
watch the boats coming and going from the marina. The unit is very well
stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. Thank you for placing the wifi
in....too. This is our 2nd year and hope to come back again in the future.
...the owners and renters are all professional families. It is a quiet and
friendly area with beautiful sunsets. The pool and grilling area is also a
great place to meet others. Wish we were there for the entire winter!

Wonderful stay

Our Stay at Boca Vista

We have just arrived back from Florida and would like to thank you for the use of your appartment. We had two fantastic weeks there, so relaxing and enjoyable. I managed to read three books leaving 2 at the appartment for other visitors.

The condo has evrything that we have needed and more and want to thank Brian very much.
We have had a wonderful January here and hear it has been the best for temperature in the last 5 years. We love the unit with all the boating activity beyond.
