The Farr Side vacation compound sits on four secluded acres in the Texas Hill Country on Lake Travis. It is located only eight miles from Marble Falls and is a perfect destination for family and friends to gather. Two large buildings make up Farr Side. One has three bedrooms, a sleeping loft, two full bathrooms, a living area, a large kitchen and sleeps twelve. A huge, inviting porch offers a stunning view of the lake. The second building consists of two very large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a massive living area complete with a pool table, game table and a sitting area with satellite television. A second porch offers a sitting area and ping pong table. The compound also includes a private dock, 250 feet of private waterfront, a fire ring, a gas grill and smoker, horse shoes, hammocks, and two satellite televisions. A gentle slope leads to the waterfront, only 240 feet from the house.
