Welcome to our completely renovated beach house set on a quiet shorefront road. Imagine waking up in the morning with views of Hancock Point, Frenchman's Bay and Bar Harbor's Porcupine Islands. This is a perfect family vacation area great for biking, or a short travel to Acadia National Park for a day of sight seeing, whale watching, or hiking carriage trails. With our deep water access its ideal for sea kayaks, sailing or boating. We love our pets and will certainly consider yours. Come experience coastal living at its best!

What a great house!! The view truly was breathtaking, with the ocean and boats as well as the mountains.
Its not merely Ocean Front, (where in other cases you can just “see the ocean thru the trees”), you’re on the Ocean!….Ocean Front, Ocean Right, Ocean Left. The splendor of this house made me not what to go out.

It was also very spacious with a big living area (not currently pictured). The inside has all been redone so it’s all new. It’s also the cleanest house that we’ve ever rented.

There is a porch in the front as well as that back (ocean front) so you can always be out in the sun (or not). The pictures don’t do it justice.

I highly recommend it.

Absolutely Magnificent

We enjoyed our stay well beyond words. The views were breathtaking and the local charm was simply enchanting!

The local landscape continued to change with the sun and tide. The local lobstermen were hauling their catch at our door as well as the seals and harbor porpoise seemed to dance in unison along the shoreline. The loons decided to not be out done and would join in with a soft song and a drift by our seats. The view of the mountains and of the sailing schooner making her trips up the bay was simply overwhelming.

We travel often and are always skeptical of the ads but this one could not have been more accurate or even a touch understated. It simply was beyond the description. The residence is immaculate with such a well groomed neighborhood that it truely made us wish it was our home. The owners were very attentitive and intuitive as it had everything a guest could wish for.

The only bit of travel advice we could offer is to bring your binoculars. The visual feast that awaits you from the shoreline at your feet to the mountains that rise out of the bay is overwhelming! Your eyes continue to find some form of local character and charm that you will surely want to see. Our grandkids spent hours just traveling the sea shore collecting treasures so perhaps also a treasure chest as you will surely be taking some memories that will last a life time.

Thank you for such a great vacation home and sharing your local knowledge with our family as we have yet to stop talking about this years visit and our thoughts have already started to plan for our next!
