Only 25-minutes east from downtown Quito, in the valley of the Chillos (Conocoto), you and your family will be able to enjoy your vacation in the capital of Ecuador. Noiseless, just the chirping of birds in a European style house full of comfort and good taste. All of its rooms have a view to the garden, a terrace shadowed by a beautiful bougainvillea for eating outdoors or having appetizers in company of hummingbirds that are encrusted in the flowers. You can enjoy the view of the mountains of the Andes mountain chain..

You can stroll down the property which is totally private (4,000 square meters). A 6-minute drive will get you to the largest shopping center of Quito, full of fashionable boutiques, banks, light food, Ecuadorian traditional food restaurants, bookstores, supermarkets, cinemas, play zones, local and international phone booths, etc.

It is a great opportunity for visiting Quito. The downtown area, airport and the north of the city are only at 25 minutes from the property. For transportation you can hire a Rent-a-Car that we can arrange or hire the services of a local private chauffer or make use of the taxis and buses that are not only economical but safe.

The owners live in a separate home on the property (there are only 2 houses total on our walled 4,000 sq. meters), The owners are available to make telephone calls in Spanish if necessary for a variety of services, from food delivery to taxi service..

There is no problem or late charge for late arrivals or early departures.

Beautiful Home

This was a nice, quiet place for our group of 6 adults. The house was spacious and clean and Vickie, the owner, and her daughter were gracious hosts. There are two very friendly dogs, Coffee and Martin, who greeted us every time we came home. The house and grounds are surrounded by a wall that blocks out the rest of the world and is located at the end of a rustic road. If you like nature, this is the place for you. We were especially impressed with the large hummingbirds that visited the beautiful flower gardens.

Piece of Heaven

So quiet and on top of a hill looking over Quito. The grounds are beautiful and full of flowers. The house is built in Ecuadorian style, quaint but you have everything you need. Very comfortable. Vicky and her daughter Pamela are respectful, kind and very helpful. Would go back again tomorrow. Hope I can return again. Quito is a good place to start your exploration of Ecuador. There is so much to see within an hour and a half jn every direction from Quito. Ecuador's biggest asset is its people, they are accommodating with a warm smile.

Excellent house

We had a wonderful stay here. Our hosts Vicky and her daughter Pamela live on the property and since we were limited in Spanish they helped out immensely. The house is large and can accommodate many different types of groups and families. We had everything we needed, felt like we were at home and left with new friends. This was a great choice.

My experience was wonderful at this beautiful home. The photos of the property were just as the property is. The owner and her daughter were helpful and went out of there way to ensure all my needs were me. This home is appropriate for a group, single or a family. The property is quiet as it is outside the side of the city, but easily accessible to the city. And the convenience of the driver provided to take you anywhere for a reasonable cost. And the price is excellent. I would definitely recommend this property.
