New addition in 2008 includes 2 brand new bathrooms. Home has a walkout basement. Basketball net and Weber gas grill, window AC's available, cable TV and wireless internet access VCR/DVD, board games and paper back books. This is a home you will want to come back to year after year!

My husband and I have 3 young children and live year round in central Mass. This is our dream house on the island that we hope to enjoy with our friends and family for years to come. We spend our summer vacations on the island and many winter weekends.

I fell in love with this house imagining my children playing in the private yard biking into town and enjoying a care free Vineyard summer. It is such a comfortable warm house with great neighbors and we have created such great memories as a family here.

What makes this house unique

Short walk to town. Private dirt road, Huge flat backyard with mature landscaping. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths + outdoor shower. Great deck, Privacy. It is our family home so it has not been abused by renters. We choose to rent out the weeks we are not using it and it is not an investment property. Everything in the house is used by my family and children.

Walk to the village of Edgartown to enjoy the fun without the hassle of parking. Located a a private dirt road on a stunning flat lot. Privacy and convenience!

Other Activities: We enjoy walking into town for breakfast, riding our bikes down to shop or stroll down to the village to enjoy dinner and the 4th of July fireworks. Excellent restaurants, shops, beaches. Our yard has been home to many a game of croquet, wiffleball, horseshoes and football. Sit on the deck and watch the kids catch firflies. Life is good in the summer on Martha's Vineyard.
