In living room, 19" T.V. In master, 13" T.V. In Queen bedroom and 13" T.V. in twin bedroom), 1 VCR, 3 DVDs, nintendo and gameboy system and air hockey in the garage. This home will accommodate up to 10 people. Enjoy the view of the lake while lounging around the pool in the screened patio. The pool deck furniture consists of 4 chairs, 2 loungers and a table.
Sunrise Lakes is a beautiful community within Orlando, Florida area and is located 1 mile north of West US Highway 192 on US 27. Sunrise Lakes lies perfectly midway between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, both of which are less than an hour’s drive. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive. Walt Disney World is located a short 10 minute drive with many other Disney attractions only 15 minutes away. Sea World and Universal Studios is less than 30 minutes away. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and a pharmacy.
