Large, open floor plan home for your family reunion or group. Fully equipped, spacious home near Pleasant Bay beaches and boating. Sunfish on mooring and dinghy included. Very private yard recessed from quiet cul de sac street. BBQ/grill on deck with two tables and seating for outdoor dining. Living room, family room and sunroom all offer seating areas to accommodate large groups. Hot tub in green house area. Steam shower. Four bedrooms upstairs (2 queen, 1 king, 4 singles), bedroom with queen bed downstairs. Washer/dryer. Basketball hoop in driveway, ping pong table. Two car garage. Good supply of books, cookbooks, games, etc. Toys for toddlers. High chair and two porta-cribs available if needed. DSL connection, TV's, DVD and VCR player, collection of videos, CD's and DVDs for rainy days. Extra fridge and freezer in the garage. Well-equipped kitchen for the weekend chefs in the family. Plenty of parking in long driveway.
