Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning fee will be waived for stays of 5 days or more. Pool heat is optional (but recommended).
  • An optional fee for pool heat of $35/night will be added to the above rates. A 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card and PayPal transactions. Money orders are also accepted by mail. No personal checks.
  • A refundable security deposit of $300/week is required for all bookings. Arrangements to refund your security deposit will be made 3 - 5 days after the end of your stay. It will be returned to you within 30 days of your stay.

Emerald Island Community: Emerald Island Resort is very close to Walt Disney World. From our Disney Vacation Home, you can be at the Disney World gates in just a short 5-7 minute drive and in the Walt Disney World parks in 10-15 minutes (depending on park). Much quicker, in most instances, than taking the internal WDW transportation. You want location - This Emerald Island Resort Disney Vacation home has it!

First off would like to thank the owner for allowing use to book at such short notice,THANK YOU!! Our stay at this home was fantastic the house was beautiful not to mention very clean and "LARGE", my kids just feel in love with the rooms. I would recommend this home to everyone.Our next visit to Orlando to stay will be at this home no questions asked. And again thanks so much.

We loved the house. It was in a great location. It was large so we never felt overcrowded. The house was super clean and the rooms were beautiful.

Great Time, Great Location!

The home was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our week in Orlando. We had a total of 12 people staying and the amenities were first rate. The rooms have been decorated with high quality furniture and the theme rooms added a little extra for the young ones in the group. The house was clean upon arrival. The location was close to WDW and a very easy drive. The pool was a welcome treat after a long day in the parks. As an added, unexpected bonus, we were able to see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom from the upstairs loft!!! It is also close to supermarkets and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and it was one of the best vacation spots we have been to! There were a few minor repairs that needed to be made and the management company was extremly quick, responsive, and polite. I highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to spread out and spend time away from the hectic pace of the amusement parks.
