The kitchen overlooks the Intercoastal while the living room, bedroom and private balcony overlook the Gulf waters. Enjoy the white sandy private beach on Sand Key. Swim in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters. This unit is well maintained, fully furnished, recently renovated with new appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms and ceramic tile floors throughout. It also has a new leather sofa and love seat, king size bed, High Speed Broadband Internet Access, 2 TV's, DVD, VCR, CD, and unlimited phone access (US & Canada). Full linens are provided, the unit has a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Condo amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, putting green, shuffleboard, basketball court, outdoor grills, wet bar and a reserved parking spot.
