Come share and enjoy our beautiful 3BR/3BA beachfront condominium with us in Orange Beach. Whether it's fishing from the only private pier in the area, sunning at the beach, swimming in one of our 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), enjoying the beautiful views from our balcony, or simply relaxing in the comforts of our condo, we know you are going to have a wonderful time. This gorgeous 1,525 square foot condo was remodeled and refurbished in 2006 and provides great gulf views.
Master Bedroom and Bath:
Our sleep accommodations are second to none. The master suite has a king Sleep Number bed with luxurious Egyptian thousand count cotton sheeting and down bedding. It also has a a new 37' flat screen TV with DVD player. The large bath has a jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. Don't forget about the walk-in closet either. Also enjoy the great view of the gulf from your bed through large sliding glass windows or step out onto the large balcony.
Guest Bedroom and Bath:
The second suite also features a king bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheeting and bedding. This bedroom has private access to its own full bath. It also has a new 32' flat screen TV. The balcony can also be accessed through large sliding glass doors that provide views of the city of Orange Beach. (TVs are provided in both bedrooms.)
Guest Bedroom and Bath:
The third bedroom was designed with the children in mind. It has a full bed with a TV and DVD player. A great area for those rainy days! The third full bathroom is adjacent.
Living/Dining:
The living area is fully equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, wet bar, and 42 inch HDTV with HD-DVD. Beautiful sitting chairs accent the area and provide ample seating for watching movies. The dining area is simple but elegant with dining for four and extra barstools at the bar.
Kitchen:
For those of you wanting to cook, the kitchen has top of the line appliances, new Corian countertops, new cabinetry, and all the extras you'll need for a beach vacation. The extras include a blender, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.
The Four Seasons has an indoor heated pool and great outdoor pool with sunbathing area. For those of you looking to break a sweat, a fitness center and sauna are provided. The 800 foot long pier is the only private pier in the area used to catch fish such as king mackeral, cobia, and redfish. The pier can be enjoyed not only by the fisherman but also by those taking an evening stroll or enjoying a picnic.
