This teahouse cottage is on an artist's estate walking distance to Woodstock Village. The cottage overlooks a gorgeous troutstream and across the river is a 75 acre park with walking trails. The bus from New York city stops within about a half mile of the cottage. The cottage was fully renovated in 2007, new bath, new kitchen, hardwood floors. Originally it was an 1870's barn on the estate. The exposed hand hewn beams have been retained and make it a most charming, small and cozy residence. Cottage is about 20 feet by 14 feet plus the sleeping loft. French doors open on to the deck which overlooks the river. This is a one room studio cottage with ladder to the sleeping loft which has a queen size pillowtop mattress.
