Welcome to our Terrace Ridge Condo. Our home is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a view of the pool from the balcony. We have upgraded our home with lots of extra features, such as extremely comfortable pillow top mattresses, upgraded furniture, flat screen TV’s and all the extras to make you feel at home All you need to do is pack your suitcase and let the fun begin. The resort is ideally located within minutes to Disney World and other Orlando theme parks. Shopping and restaurants are only half mile away. Many championship golf courses. Also you are 80 miles from Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach. Great value and location for families traveling to Disney Theme Park and surrounding attraction parks!

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful condo for 1 month and really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness. The rooms, beds and closet space are great. The swimming pool, spa and game room are very clean and enjoyable. Disney, groceries and shopping are within an easy drive.
Clearwater Beach is only one and a half hours away. The owner is very friendly and really cares that her guests are comfortable. We recommend this condo and we look forward to returning.

What a Vacation

This condo is everything it says and more. This was the first one I ever rented out and it exceeded my expectations. I work for Disney seasonally, so when I was staying at this condo the drive was close and convienent. The property its selfs was very clean and was conveniently located near grocery stores and other needs. Very satisfied with all aspects of the owners. They called the first day to make sure I made it in safely. I would definetly rent from this owner again, I would move in if I could. The condo again was beautiful and very very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms are nice and big, and the laundry room is a nice treat to wash all the dirty clothes.

Overall we had a excellent experience staying here, and we definitely recommend this property to anyone trying to find a place in Orlando, FL. The owner provided good customer service- anytime we had a question she was quick to get back to us, and willing to help us out. The property was very clean! Plus the rooms were spacious and comfortable! It made us feel more relaxed and welcomed than any hotel we have stayed at. It is in a good location- close to Disney, Busch Gardens, and Universal Studios. Also, it is near our favorite restaurant- Chili's. Stay here and you will not regret it!!

I stayed at this property in May 2009. It was the first time I've
stayed in a condo - and what a pleasant surprise! I will never stay in
another hotel. This condo was absolutely perfect. Lots of space,
beautifully decorated, clean and had everything I could possibly need.
It was so nice to have all the comforts of home. The bed was the best
I've ever slept on away from home. The pool and clubhouse were well
kept and quiet. I think this place must be Orlando's best kept secret.
The owner was extremely friendly and quick to respond to all my
questions.
