You can walk for miles along the beach, watch the dolphins, otters, and other sea life from the comfort of your living room or private deck or spread your beach blanket on the beach right in front of your home and watch sun light up the waves as they crash at your feet. Small, private, townhouse complex; quiet and peaceful surroundings. If you love to listen to the sound of the surf as you fall asleep at night or enjoy a wild, unspoiled beach, this is the place for you. Ideally located close to the restaurants and activity in Santa Cruz (15 minutes away) or the history and shopping of Monterey (30 minutes away).

Santa Cruz area; La Selva Beach; only 1 mile South of Aptos. Sleepy beach community best known for it's gorgeous wide sandy beach that stretches for miles right in front of our home. Watch the dolphins, whales, sea otters and numerous birds in their natural habitat. Great beach for couples, families or people who love nature and the sea.
