This attractively decorated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-storey home located on a corner lot features 3 flat screen TV's, a DVD player, a sleeper sofa in the living room and will therefore accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The villa with its volume ceilings boasts lots of character and has a living room with 32" flat screen TV and DVD player, two sofas, a coffee table, two end tables with lamps, an easy chair and with direct access out onto the pool deck. The dining room has a formal table that seats 6 with a chandelier and there is also a breakfast nook area with bay window that has a table that seats 4. The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and also benefits from having a 19" flat screen TV, dresser, an en-suite bathroom with his n' her vanities, garden tub (corner bath), separate large shower cubicle and toilet with partition wall. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, 19" flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have a pair of twin beds that share a full bathroom with single vanity, bath with overhead shower and a toilet.
The pool deck benefits from having a very large covered lanai with ceiling light and the swimming pool has a heatable gas pool. Beyond the deck is a fence to provide guests with some privacy. The upgraded pool deck furniture consists of a square-shaped table with 5 chairs and there are also 2 plastic loungers with cushions, a round table and 4 plastic chairs. There is also a safety net for guests with young children.
Indian Creek is a community just three miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World Resort off Highway 192 and approximately 3.5 miles from I-4. The location of Indian Creek is desirable because it is easy to find along Formosa Gardens Boulevard and is just 1.5 miles from Hwy 192.
