Located on a 40+ acre private wooded point of land over a quarter mile from the main road, the Stone House sets into the side of a hill directly on pristine Star Lake. This is a tranquil spot where you can relax and get away from it all. Booking week-ends and full weeks from September 28 through our November closing now. The Stone House property features a private dock with a tied-on floating dock, a boat house, a car park, a private garage, and clay tennis court. The Stone House sleeps seven, has two full baths and a half bath, a complete kitchen, living room with a large window seat and warming stone fireplace (stocked from a private wood shed just outside the house), and a private, covered terrace overlooking the lake. Enjoy the quiet, the ducks, the loons, the smell of a good fire. Kayaking & canoeing on Star Lake & Oswegatchie River; local hiking too.
