Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bath designer home in The Villages. 1,900 square feet of living space. Located in the community of Springdale (Marion County, near the Erinn Glenn Golf Course) just minutes to the town square. Master bedroom includes king size bed, 2 walk in closets, master bath with his and her sinks, cable TV, and plenty of bureau space. Guest room includes full size closet, queen bed and bureaus. The third bedroom has a twin bed and desk and doubles as an office/study. These two bedrooms share the second full bath. A Dell desk top computer with free internet service is provided. Fully furnished living room with flat screen cable TV and DVD/VCR. Dining room seats 8 people. Large eat in kitchen with gas stove, built in microwave, custom made cabinets, and all the necessary furnishings for the chef. Parking in the 2 car garage. The furnished lanai is screened in with sliding glass windows for year round comfort. Washer and dryer provided in the laundry room.

Additional Information: At the back of the house there are no homes so the back yard and the lanai offer much privacy. One of the pool complexes and the fitness trail are just a short walk at the end of the street. Mailbox service is provided. Regarding a golf cart: I do not provide one due to insurance liability issues, however I can arrange for one to be there when you arrive for an additional fee (paid directly to the company who provides it). The good thing about this is if there is anything that ever goes wrong with it, the local company providing the cart fixes or replaces it immediately. It's like having AAA for your golf cart. All the golf you will ever want. Two Town Squares with shopping, restaurants, nightly live entertainment, dancing, happy hour, each with two weekly outdoor vendor nights and first run movie cinemas.

About The Villages: So many restaurants and Country Clubs that you could eat out for a month or more and not have to go to the same restaurant. Just a short ride to several Country Clubs each with a 27-hole championship golf course complete with Pro Shop and Country Club restaurants. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 or more years. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Temporary ID cards for two (not included in the rent) allows you to use most all of the facilities and participate in Village sponsored activities. Near adult and family pools, many Executive and Country Club golf courses and two Town Squares.

Other Activities: Shuffleboard, raquetball, horseshoes, shopping, basketball, mini golf.

My husband and I spend at least a week or two in The Villages every year. In October we spent a week at the home listed above.

It was very well kept, roomly and every possible household need was available in the house. We were extremely pleased with the confident location. At the end of the street was the pool. Also, we discovered upon arrival, that a right out of the street brought you quickly to grocery stores and restaurants. No traffic battles... easy access.

There are no houses behind this home. So in October there was added privacy and quiet when sitting outside.

If you are a golfer, you will have to rent a golf cart as one does not come with the rental. There are several rental firms in the area that will deliver to your rental home.

If you are a fitness buff, you can access the fitness trail at the end of the street.

As usual, we had a wonderful time in The Villages and are looking forward to our next trip.
