Renovated luxurious Studio With Large Ocean view balcony, fully Equipped Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, cook top, microwave, broiler, toaster, Georgeforman Grill, coffee maker, pots, pans, and all china is provided. There is a King Size Bed, And Two futon beds which fold out. (Apartment sleeps up to 6 people), Dining Table seating 4 people, Cable Television including HBO, ESPN, and many other cable channels. Telephone making local calls and alarm clock, Beautiful Dresser with 6 drawers, Two closets with beautiful gliding glass doors, In-room safe, Iron and Ironing Board. All Bath Towels, Bed sheets and linens are provided for your stay. The Marco Polo Beach Resort has an oceanfront swimming pool with beach chairs and umbrellas, fitness center, steam room and sauna, and offers free wireless internet throughout the building. The Marco Polo Beach resort is situated directly on the beach; the beach is very clean and pristine.

All Remaining Balances must be received by me at least 2 weeks prior to Your Arrival At The Apartment. Upon Receiving the total balance for your stay, I Will Send Two Room Keys To Your Home Address.

There is a six drawer dresser and two closets for ample space for clothes. For your dining experience there is a wooden table with 4 chairs.

Magnifico! Great Location! Nice Owner!

Have been coming to this hotel for 3 years now with my wife and children. First time we rented from an owner and are happy with our stay. The best thing about this hotel is beachfront location and the safety of the area around the hotel. We have 10 and 13 year old boys so for us this is important. Thank Boris, see you next year !

Hey, this review goes out to my new buddy Boris. We called him in early November and were very pleased that he was so patient with us and answered alll of our questions. Professionalism was superb and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I go to the miami every 6 months on business, and now will be grateful to stay at this cozy apartment. Having the beach down below, drinking glass of wine on the balcony are just some of the things you'll enjoy. Hope review was helpful

Hi all. It was my first time renting a vacation rental. I was very worried when i began the search. I came in contact with this studio, and as soon as i arrived in miami was extremely pleased with my choice. The studio was spacious, had a huge kitchen which me and my fiance stocked up for our entire 7 days. I was always used to the standard hotel rooms, but here the situation is totally different. The studio is so nice, you can tell that the owners really care about their vacation rental. Well take care and good luck in your travels !

Location was great, hotel sits directly on the beach. The apartment was much better then we ever expected, very clean and elegant. When we booked the room we didn't realize how large the balcony was and good views. This is a wonderful place for families and/or couples.

Just returned from miami and can honestly say that i got my money's worth. Boris, the owner of the place, was very pleasant and upfront with me and my wife. We will refer people to him in the near future and if we go back to miami, this rental is a good stop!
