Industrial building with a modern 'condo' up stairs. 20 minutes up scenic highway one to SF, hike three miles up the coastal trail to Moss Beach distillery, or bike to the Ritz. All brand newly remodeled in 08, modern interiors, bright and lots of natural light, spacious, and great for entertaining. Custom and designer modern, Mid century and Design Within Reach interiors and furnishings. Hot outdoor showers to wash your feet, surf equipment and sandy dogs. Rope swing for the kids. Across the street from Half Moon Bay 'Yacht Club' (a little dive-y) and beach. Walk across the street to the beach, and rent a kayak. Walk to famous Mavericks surf and dramatic Pacific Ocean and Fitzgerald Wildlife preserve. Easy 20 minutes to SF up scenic Highway One.
