This exclusive 5 bedroom, 4 bath Villa is ideally situated at High Gate Park, which is part of the Legacy Estate. Just minutes from Disney World Resorts and other theme parks, its location is perfect for a family holiday to Orlando. High Gate Park, Davenport is a gated community set in the countryside amongst the pines trees and orange groves and is truly a peaceful first class location.
Situated on the US Highway 27, minutes from the US 192, where you can find many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Over 6 golf courses in a 15 minute radius, one of the most prestigious is Champions Gate Golf Club just 5 minutes away. Designed by Greg Norman, Champions Gate offers two 18-hole courses, one of which is links style. Walt Disney World is approximately 10 minutes, Sea World is 15 minutes and 20 minutes to Universal Studios, the airport is just 30 minutes and the beach only 45 minutes away.
The Villa has been upgraded to provide two families a chance to easily share a spectacular home in comfort. Now having two huge master bedrooms with walk-in closets and large master bath facilities, the heads of the families need not argue who gets the biggest bedroom - you can both have one!! An extra full bathroom has been added together with two extra cloakrooms, one of which is in the pool area for your convenience. The lanai (patio) has been extended to cover and area of over 1000 sq ft and a larger 30ft pool has been built. The property is south facing and enjoys open aspects onto a conservation area with outside seating and loungers for your use. Furnished to a very high standard, the kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and all modern conveniences, oven with hob/fridge/freezer with icemaker/dishwasher/waste disposal/microwave oven, plenty of cutlery and glasses.
The family room, in the heart of the villa, is open plan, surrounded by the kitchen/breakfast bar area and the pool with TV/DVD/Cable . The lounge offers further seating away from the family room together with a dining room. The u tility room houses the washing machine, another sink together with an iron and ironing board. This leads into a double garage large enough to sleep two big cars. One of the master bedrooms is also based downstairs, together with a cloakroom. The master baths have his and hers sinks, a bath, a large shower, a bidet and a toilet. All the bedrooms have remote control TV's and Cable, the masters have DVD players. Upstairs is the other master bedroom with identical master baths. The 3 twin bedrooms share two full bathrooms. All have built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. All bed linen and towels are provided. Maid services are available at a reasonable fee, pool cleaned weekly. The pool can be heated in the cooler months at an extra cost.
