Our two bedroom ocean front condo is conveniently located on Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona. This condo was recently remodeled with new furniture, kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. It is one of the most desirable units in the complex with a wrap around lanai that looks directly out to the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and watch the surfers directly across the street. In the winter months, you will likely see dolphins playing or whales breaching. You can enjoy all of this while sipping a cool drink from the lanai. The serene, lush tropical grounds of Royal Kahili are well maintained. You may read a book near the Japanese Koi pond where you are instantly relaxed from the tranquil sounds of the waterfall. You can also watch the waves of the Pacific Ocean from the heated swimming pool area which has a BBQ and picnic tables with a shaded cabana. This is a great place to play cards or have dinner while watching the sunset.

This is a great place to play cards or have dinner while watching the sunset. A short walk to the left on Alli Drive will take you to the famous White Sands Beach or to the most popular snorkeling beach where you will likely have a chance to swim with the turtles. Walk a quarter mile to the right to purchase gifts at the Ali's Gardens MarketPlace. We also love to stroll a couple miles down the road to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee at the Lava Java right in the heart of Kailua-Kona town. This town is enjoyed by many who come for shopping, dining, beaches, and night life.
